Wrong items were delivered. Eventually got a replacement but no refund was offered or provided for the returned items. Sent about four emails requesting an itemised bill to show if any refund was included, but my emails were completely ignored. Unbelievably rude! I sent a final email cancelling my custom but still received no acknowledgement. This was a complete switch from their initial friendliness. Very two-faced and totally insulting! Clearly they do not value their customers because they just lost this one Must be making too much money!

I’ve been ordering boxes for my family in Verwood as well as my parents in west moors. To start with during a Lockdown - boxes ordered were delivered on a bit of an ‘as and when’ basis - this was ok for us, as I’d thought this might be the case so ordered in advance of running out! I think they got over-whelmed and didn’t quite know what to do. When the boxes did arrive the fruit, veg, salad was beautiful and very fresh. I couldn’t keep up with the apples my lil boy decided he loved from them. They refunded items (after asking) that hadn’t arrived. Cakes were on the hit and miss list. Otherwise, all things considered - I think they did a fab job - albeit a little haphazard on delivery days some weeks, as I think they just couldn’t cope :/ but did try and sort it by getting more drivers.

This company delivered foodboxes to my elderly parents from the first week of the Covid 19 pandemic. Understandably, with food shortages and a huge surge of new customers, E-box struggled! However, despite this, every week, the boxes have arrived at my parents door delivered by friendly staff who take the time to wish them well.
I make the payments every week and received weekly emails enabling me to change or add to contents.
I can recommend this company whole heartedly.

I have had deliveries for the last couple of months. The quality of the fruit and veg is great, it’s easy to change your order, add items or put things on your list of items you don’t want and there’s no plastic packaging. The customer service is great too, I’d highly recommend it.

Had our first box last week. A bespoke box with meat fruit veg cheese and a loaf of bread. Delivered promptly and everything is very fresh and high quality. Will be ordering again. Thank you

Update 2: STILL NO DELIVERY. It took four days to get any response following the first missed delivery. Poppins have never replied to my emails and seldom answer the phone. When the phone was finally answered they appeared very apologetic and 'cannot understand what happenned and why it was missed'. I was promised a delivery by end of day (07-APR) but once again this did not transpire. As those of you who follow my channels know, I accept that mistakes can happen but the measure is on how those mistakes are rectified. Poppins have once again failed to deliver.

Our first order was dreadful. Bread still not delivered two days later despite many promises. Foods I asked NOT to be incl in boxes were put in them. I asked for a refund but told it was too much of a faff. I wanted to give local business some business but not this one ever again. Very disappointed.

We love our veg, fruit and salad box! Great produce, no plastic packaging & good prices. Brilliant customer service - always really accommodating of requests and happy to help.
