At this point very disappointed.

Largish order 2500 gbp value, was cut late past due date, order was damaged when ready to ship, we are now 2 weeks past that date still no update.

We are now over 30 days since order.

Management and customer complaints seems to have no robust systems. We are pushing for the parts to be sorted but this is well worse than local suppliers. Seem ridiculous as this is a standard monthly order we make from a local supplier but factory quoted cheaper and faster leads so we went will them as a test.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Found out about these guys at the NEC MACH Exhibition.
Delivery was faster than stated and the finish was smoother than expected.
The only criticism is the packaging could have been better as some of the plates could have fell out but fortunately all arrived safe.
Will definitely be using again!

I first was really excited about this company and the services they offer. Unfortunatly they only deliver to UK and scandinavia. I found that out after I uploaded all my files.... big dissapointment. Step up your game Fractory! How hard can it be to ship a package to the Netherlands 😉 Company had funding from the European Union, thank you for using my money to get excluded in the end. LOL

Excellent quality. Very accurate. Very easy and hassle-free to work with; you send your design files and get an instant quote. A good company but expensive for a one off prototype which was what I wanted.

I was able to get ten for the same cost as one which made the unit cost very reasonable, but as I really only wanted one this was of little advantage in my case.

Engraving, which can also be done by laser, would also have been useful for my laser cut application. I don't know if this is offered however.

Would I recommend them. Yes, very definitely if your requirement matches their pricing policy Mine didn't, which made it expensive for me, but I guess that was my choice.

I had a great experience with Fractory. This was my first time having anything laser cut. Their prices were way lower than anyone else I could find, yet there was no sacrifice in quality, customer service, or turnaround time. I failed to give them all the info, so they called me to get it straightened out and STILL got my order delivered on time. The parts came out beautiful and with the precision that I needed. I will DEFINITELY use them in the future, and recommend them to anyone I know.
