Such a shame that the staff are so unhelpful and rude in this shop that’s only open for two days a week!
Very rude to my Mother last week who is elderly, and incredibly unhelpful to me a few months ago

Everything I might need for knitting sewing or repairing is in this shop. Staff are very good. I just hope it doesn't go like countless other shops have. I for one don't want the onward
march of amazon and Asian tat to be the only choice we have. Please use this shop if you can.

Wonderful. Although the stock of fabrics and wool is not as large as might be in a larger town it is nevertheless sufficient for most needs.
The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
I can't think how the town would manage without them.

This is a smaller size shop to Colchester Franklin's you still have fabrics, wool, dmc, sewing machines, the service is lovely from the two lady's that work there very helpful and friendly
