I'm not a payroll bureau so I do as little payroll as I possibly can! I wanted to change my payroll software to allow both myself and my clients to share the responsibility and heard good things about Freshpay, so thought I would give them a try. Well, I'm so glad I did! the software is easy to use and the help and support is second to none! I would highly recommend Freshpay to anyone looking for a simple to use payroll.

FreshPay are a new(ish) and extremely innovative payroll software provider, as a Payroll Bureau I find this software extremely good to use and it has sped up my monthly processing.
As a new company, they continue to create new features that add value to, or save time on, the services that I provide.
The support is second to none, extremely responsive and explains everything so well.

We made the move from Brightpay to Freshpay for all of our payroll bureau for the 24-25 tax year. We couldn't be happier with the move, its saved so much time and solved problems with journal postings. The support is second to none.

I switched to Freshpay from another payroll provider this April and I am very impressed so far. Every question I have asked they have answered quickly with detailed answers and information. The software is easy to navigate and understand and their customer service is friendly and professional. I was nervous about switching providers after using my previous payroll provider for years but I'm glad I did.
