Went in for a bulb change at short notice, not expecting much help. Couldn't have been more wrong - all the staff that dealt with me (Front office, Parts Manager & Technician) were superb. Very friendly & very efficient. Top drawer service.

Avoid this company!
I bought a vw caddy maxi fro them in 2021 and after 6 months it already needed work. When eventually fixed about 1 year later it basically stopped working completely and they had completely scammed me when I bought it and eventually I had to pay 7 grand to get it scrapped and had to pay them for it being fiddled with and just left outside to rot for months. They are complete scam artists in there.

Unfortunately after initially being very pleased with servicing things have declined. Had a silver service end of last month..failed to pick up two bulbs that needed replacing..now have very bad squeak and rattle on suspension. When my husband came in to say was not there previously he was told it might be brakes. No one asked us if we were satisfied or everything ok. Very poor customer service.

We only wanted to take a walk around an Abarth 595 that caught my mums eye when we drove past, Sam looked after us the whole time, even let us test drive it to our house to show my dad. We ended up purchasing the car after my mum fell in love with it! Sam we can’t thank you enough for all of your help! Frosts are lucky to have you!

Terrible dealership. Bought a new Vauxhall from them and had another car serviced with them regularly. They missed dangerous state of my brakes causing extreme damage and added cost. Totally unprofessional service department that has no interest in the cars it works on and it shows in the poor quality of their work. Just returned a dirty car to me after stating it was cleaned. They are a joke.
