Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Just received what I think is my fourth order and I'm delighted with both the service and the goods. I would have to do some number crunching, but I'd be very surprised if I hadn't saved at least a couple of hundred pounds on what everything would have cost from an official parts dealer such as Fowlers. When you're restoring a motorcycle and the cost ends up far exceeding what you hoped it would, it means so much to be able to buy a few parts at a discounted price. I ordered a part for my quad. I got a confirmation email saying it has been sent. I have not gotten the part after over 3 weeks and I have emailed the company 4 times to no answer or any help. Definitely do not recommend they just ignore each email. Very poor customer service. Stay away from these guys. I got no email from you besides the shipping confirmation. I checked spams and scams on my email and nothing coming from you. You must be sending it to a wrong email.
