Ummm if you life is boring and your looking to enhance it order a bed with accessories it adds spice to your delivery also if the person ordering doesnt key in your number correctly you have that extra work to do. How difficult is it to deliver a bed and Pillows. Very difficult to get 2 delivery's not updating the correct phone number emails sent without order number. After trying to contact us on the incorrect number, it was missing a didget so they couldn't have been trying.

This review is for the ladies who manage the warehouse/delivery appointments. I am giving it one star because I cannot give a 0. The attitude and the arrogance over the phone, maybe because they saw my first name and surname and they decided I did not deserve to be treated with respect, to be given options, they called me and when I called back they said 'nobody had called me'. When I challenged that and I said I had been called at 12.08 by 'Joyce', then 'Karen' (not real name) told methere was nobody under that name. Then she decided to check if anybody had called me and without even apologising for implying I was lying proceeded to say that I had been called to arrange earlier delivery but slots were not available anymore. She was also rude about how to pay outstanding balance. Judgemental, appalling attitude and oozing arrogance are the three adjectives I would use to describe my experience with the ladies at call centre. The sofa is ok but on reflection, for the price, the customer care received should have been of a higher standard. The service provided by the ladies who organise the delivery slots,totally defeats the efforts made by sales advisors on the shops. For that I would not recommend Furniture Village. Despite how attentive, professional and nice the gentlemen delivering the sofa were (good feedback already given). Unfortunately, to ruin ones' experience can take just an interaction or two.

Warehouse personel were very helpful, unloading took about a 90 minutes (40ft container). Booking times are adhered to, if you turn up early, you could be made to come back closer to your time slot due to limited parking.
