Ordered a bed, mattress and bedside furniture from the Truro store where Ian was amazing. In helping us choose the right mattress he was helpful, knowledgable and patient whilst we tried to decide. While there were shipping issues from the manufacturer he kept chasing them and updated us regularly. The price was also the most competitive anywhere on the internet. Superb value for money and customer service, thank you.

Buying furniture is a big deal for me and my family unit because we don't have the income to indulge very often. So, when we finally had saved a reasonable amount it's a big deal how we spend it and the decision has to be right.

Having ventured in to Furniture World at Threemilestone on the off-chance simply to start getting an idea of what we were after when realising we needed a new sofa, we weren't expecting to make a purchase there and then.

However, Ollie was really great to deal with. Gave us the space to have frank conversations alone, checking in only every now and again, took time to understand our circumstances and preferences, offered helpful advice and finally offered us a deal that worked for us when we found the perfect sofa in the clearance section!

No judgement, no sales pressure, good knowledge and great to deal with. Would highly recommend.

The staff here are amazing. We wanted a table and chairs, nothing was too much trouble even though we were so indecisive! They made sure we bought what we needed, rather than what we wanted. A big thank you to Jonathan and to the manager George. We will definitely be back for the bed!

If I could give Furniture World 10 stars I would! It was delightful to transact with a family owned business that went above and beyond to find exactly what I needed and wanted. Ollie, who helped me, went out of his way to ask questions that would help me find the best option and researched stock and inventory to meet my timeline. The quality and beauty of the leather furniture were fabulous. Please call them 1st, you won't regret it!

Recently visited the store to be greeted by friendly staff that made us feel comfortable to explore without following our every step as we have experienced else where. After receiving some great, honest advise we ended up ordering a double divan Base with end ottoman storage, velvet emerald covered pine headboard and a Mayfair 5000 Mattress. Delivered quicker than expected. Ottoman sturdy, great quality and opens with ease. Headboard is a beautiful colour, and the matress is perfect. Have slept like a baby since we received it! Thank you Ollie for your time and advise.

Ordered a couple of Tempur mattresses from here recently -- Matt was very helpful, helping us find the right product at a good price and answering our questions.

The mattresses did take a while longer than expected to arrive, but they're here now (and very comfy).
