I ordered a dining set for the garden from here (via a third party website). The product arrived well packaged. Unfortunately at first delivery the instructions, bolts and a part were missing but upon informing them of this, the customer service team quickly responded and sent out the missing items within a week. I was therefore very happy with the after sales team.

The product itself was easy to put together and the finished set does look very nice, with a modern look and feel. It finishes off my deck nicely. Overall very happy with product and service.

The quality of the furniture is excellent. Just had to put the legs on, which was easy enough.

It is a beautiful dining table & chair set. The cost was well worth it and it fits perfect, to be honest I am so pleased. The delivery was prompt and quick, no time wasted getting them delivered on time.

Excellent customer service, we had 2 bar stools delivered a few months ago which we love and look great in our kitchen however, last week so did our dog who managed to rip the chair all apart and pull all the foam out.

I had a look on the website and you can only buy them in a pair and really didn’t want or need both of them, I emailed furniture box and after discussing the matter very kindly offered to sell me just the chair part of the stools, this arrived a couple of days later and saved money and the hassle of having a whole extra chair and a extra frame which we didn’t need.

Would definitely recommend 100% on customer service and their products, will be using again in the future.

We originall order a glass table and 4 chairs but quickly realized the table was too big for the room, we seen a glass circular table which would be perfect, i contacts Furniture box but not expecting them to swop the table for us, how wrong I was, they could not do enough to resolve the issue and the swop of the table was completed in less than a week.
Excellent customer service and special thanks must go to Caroline, she is a little gem.

I have bought a table and four chairs from furniture Box 1st few months We wasn’t really using the chairs and a table. We had a coffee table we always use and it was from IKEA much better quality. I will be adding photos as well. I’m not really happy with furniturebox. Bad quality I don’t recommend to anyone. The table has yellow marks which you can’t wipe it off.
