Warren the owner came out personally to do my extractor. Very very pleased with the work and the clean up after the job. Very approachable and polite. Early days but I would certainly have no problem recommending him and his company . Everything gone plain sailing from the first day he came out to price the job
A 6 weeks review the shop is all ip and running absolutely no problems with the extractor Warren fitted for me. I would not hesitate for one second too recommend him and his company absolutely made up with it. Well done everyone involved

WARNING TO ANYONE FUSION HOT IN BURSCOUGH. Do not bother!! The work carried out was such poor quality, they take 50% of your money upfront, I had 3 other companies inspect their work and it was the worse they had ever seen. Warren and Morris are a complete rip off, I called them several times to come and fix my problem but was fobbed off for 4 months, sweet talking people promising you the earth but the workmanship was so poor, do not ignore the other poor reviews on here, a family business they promote where once they are paid the deposit their tone and the service changes. Cowboy firm. My business in preston cost me £6000 to put right. AVOID THESE COWBOYS!!!!

I was told to contact Fusionhot by my contractor for an extractor in my new restaurant.

From the first contact I knew they were a great company to work with, communication was constant and clear, the times and dates they told my they would come to measure up were kept to, once they measured up they had to build my extractor to fit, only after they came did I realise that I actually needed an extra 1/2 meter, that was no problem at all for them.

They had my extractor fitted in 2 days, once they left the site it was like they were never there, not a single bit of mess left behind.

I couldn't recommend Fusionhot enough, if you're looking for a professional, clean and quick service with the highest quality then give them a call today.

Very concerning that a firm like this is allowed to trade.Cost me alot of time and money to put their work right. A company called ventorex put right the dodgy work which was carried out by fusion hot, Warren and morris are rogue traders. Do not part with any money with this firm, empty promises to put the horrid work right delayed me 6 months to open. 50% deposit and the remainder in full once they turn up,i had the work inspected by a gas engineer and he said its tge worst he has ever seen.Avoid

Great service and advice from the start of the job to completion, friendly knowledgeable staff.
Council help was much appreciated including cad drawings and spec sheets.
Fitters arrived for early start and where very helpful, we are open now and looking forward to new projects which we will be in touch with you guys for.
