Two stars because the people were very friendly.
Aside from this the experience was a joke.
I was not expecting them to fill my cupboards and fridge with a month's worth of food but what I actually received was less than adequate for even one person.
For a whole month I was given 1 potato, yep you read that correctly, 1 potato, 1 banana, 1 cooking apple? The parsnips are old, grey and so soft I can bend them and touch the ends together. When I asked for some dog food I was given 1 tin and a small zip lock bag of kibble, enough for one feed for one day. The bread rolls are already past date from yesterday. The loaf of bread (focaccia) is also out of date. The pack of six eggs has the 25th Jan on the label, todays date. Then to be told that I can only use the service 6 times in six months took me by surprise.
I'm not trying to sound ungrateful for the help but I at least thought I would be given food that was not already stale and out of date.
