Great service from start to finish and a competitive quote. The lady on the phone who took the order was very professional and helpful. The chap who delivered and collected the skip was so friendly and accommodating regarding the location etc. They dropped off exactly when we requested and picked up right on time.

All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and always try and fit you in at short notice, even went they are busy.

Have use G farewell in past and will be using then again in the near future.

Would highly recommended them.

The drivers take great attention detail and take pride in their work.
The grab muck away driver Richard who came to site made a really good job of picking up clay with his grab lorry. The surface is complete clear of clay. Outstanding job.

Recently needed to order a skip. Went straight to Farwell Ltd as they are local to us. Completed on-line enquiry form. Received an email from Simon the next morning, with all costs and policies on access and waste removal.
I then rang in and spoke to Leslie, I explained we had access issues on to our drive off the communal drive and that we were unable to remove the bathroom wall tiles (floor to ceiling) from the plasterboard walls due to the internal walls being 'dot & dab' (no plaster skim) so the walls were coming away with the tiles! Leslie could not have been more helpful, explained everything clearly and reassured me that the smaller skips 2.2m on the small truck/lorry would have no issues accessing the drive...as their drivers are very good and careful. So we ordered a skip for the plasterboard/tiles and a separate skip for the fixtures and fittings, loo, sink , general waste etc. A lovely driver arrived the next morning and accessed the drive with ease....wish some of the other delivery drivers could manage the same in smaller vehicles!! Yes two small skips are more expensive than one big one however, Farwell's don't make the laws re hazardous waste, but fortunately they comply with its lawful disposal.
