My wife bought some bacon from here it comes prepacked by a catering Butchers (Bredbury catering butchers) for GP Broadsmith it had to be the worst bacon ever! Full of white slime when being cooked full of water it was no better than cheap supermarket bacon but at a premium price never again.
Maybe take this up with your supplier.
