My brother and I meet here every Sunday for a catch up, it’s become our place to yap and catch up for the week. 😄

The staff know us well now, super friendly and very helpful indeed. 🥰💕

I sometimes get the tiny tahini bites which are lovely but most of the time, my brother gets an extra hot Oat latte and I get either an Americano or an Oat cappuccino depending on my mood. I love it in here and always smells divine. ☺️🎉☕️

The focaccia was amazingly fresh and coffee was excellent. Service was surprisingly good-they offer to bring your food to your table, too. Though the place is busy and tends to be noisy, you can opt for the inner seating for more privacy and quiet. Overall it’s a place I would definitely come back to.

The service lacked warmth, perhaps the person serving was having a bad day. Coffee was like warm. Requested a tea, although the person serving asked whether I required hot or cold milk, ignored my request for hot milk.

The current bun, wasn’t toasted and make things worse I had to request some butter and a knife.

In the end didn’t bother to request a teaspoon for the tea but helped myself to the wooden stirrer on the self help counter.

The tables were not cleared - won’t rush back despite the fact that I do like Gail’s products in general. The Barnet beach needs to up its game!

I've been here a few times now. The staff, food, and atmosphere is always great. Taking away 1 start because the coffee isn't great - it really depends on who is making it - one time I got a very nice flat white - the other times, it wasn't even a flat white.

Over priced sandwiches and very small overpriced coffees. Make Staff are rude, unhelpful, they were passing notes to each other and not listening to our order. They refused to warm the sandwiches despite having the facilities to do so and they don’t cater for many allergies. So I left.

I enjoy having a cup of coffee here. I really like the food and coffee. Also, you must try the pistachio rose cake, it's just perfect. Although its more expensive than other popular coffee chains in London, the taste and the quality reflects that. The facilities (restroom, seating areas etc) are cleaner than most other places. Only thing I would criticize is that they don't warm the savory food. I would prefer to have my food warmed before I eat as I already pay for it a good amount.

It’s nice that Barnet has a Gail’s now too and I like the back little room for a quiet coffee. The cakes are delicious! I come here often
