I’ve been three times on my visit, once takeaway and twice sit down. Wonderful selection of yummy food, and outstanding friendly, efficient service- remade my coffee when I made a mistake and made sure I got it. Great coffee and size.

I feel compelled to write how disappointed I am with Gail’s in Marlow this morning. I went for a hot chocolate last week, and it was lovely, so I went again today. However last week the hot chocolate was in a very small takeaway cup so I specifically asked the lady for a large one, which she noted. When I was handed my hot chocolate, it was in a small cup so I politely pointed out that I had asked for a large one. She told me they don’t do large hot chocolates - which obviously the lady I ordered with didn’t know since she told me they do. Isn’t that ridiculous? They have larger cups so what’s the problem. It makes what they charge for a hot chocolate extremely expensive given you get a small cup.

Absolutely delicious... I ordered to take away chocolate and almond croissants, cinnamon buns and a hot chocolate. The kids were very excited when I told them what I was bringing home for them. They were very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The shop was small but provided ample seating. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was steadily busy, which is always a good sign. Such treats are good for once in a while as they are costly but that was my only picking point.

Will happy visit here again, next time I have to travel for work.

I have been going to gails for a while now and it has now become a daily visit. The kitchen staff are so kind and chatty with special mention to Callum, Emily and Jake. The food is always so nice and you can tell that it’s fresh. The barista team also create such a lovely atmosphere due to constant smiles. Special mention there to Darcy and Shereen (aka shakira aka sharon) .
Finally, the management team are so welcoming and lovely and always say hi no matter how busy. Thank you to Tristan and Izzy for making such a welcoming place.

They have the most amazing selection of food, everything from delicious savoury treats to tempting cakes! They have an excellent range for vegetarians. There's some seating, but this gets full quickly at weekends, and it was rather dirty.

Do not recommend Gail’s at all went there with my allergy toddler and was told they sell vegan cake to which we brought for him within a short period of time my son threw up and had an upset tummy. Been told my his dietician this would have been caused by cross contamination. AVIOD IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES

Tasty bread and baked goodies. I enjoy stopping by for a morning coffee. It’s also great to see Tanya return to Marlow to re-join the lovely team there.

A Great Bakery with a Greater selection of Breads and pastries compared to other bakeries around.

The Chicken Pea and Bacon Hand Pie was very good and would definitely come back again to try the other savory pies.

The Pistachio & Raspberry bun on the other hand, was absolutely exceptional, one of the best pastries i have had in the area.
