My experience with GamesQuest is mainly limited to their customer service. My issue was resolved in a satisfactory way over email, the interactions were consistently positive and communication was clear and helpful. Molly was very helpful. My only criticism is that it took a relatively long time for the problem to be solved (several weeks) and I had to chase the issue at times. Overall, I am happy with the service I received and the experience was positive.

Overall, excellent customer service. You have to accept the 2-week queue that they mention in their initial response to your request, but they stick to it and once your turn comes, they are very responsive and helpful. My request was resolved to my complete satisfaction.

I had experience with this company when they tried to fulfill a Kickstarter campaign. They are one of the most unorganized and incapable companies I have ever worked with. Emails get lost, email go unanswered for long periods of time, and they never delivered on some stuff.

While slow to start helping (about 18 days for me) you are at least automatically advised right away on estimated response time. Once they get going the customer service is fantastic which is why I'm giving them 5 stars. Molly was incredible helpful checking and advising as we worked out the shipping company lost the parcel and arranged a replacement for my Kickstarter. They are obviously a busy service so I think if GamesQuest just clone Molly a few times or get some more folk on Customer Service they should be good! 🙂

Amazing customer service, quick and efficient! Always deliver my parcels in great condition. Had issues with missing items and they were quick to remedy the issue. Again, brilliant customer service. I will happily recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I had problems with a vary late devilery for a crowdfunding project. You will get help. It may take a while (they have a long queue), but in the end I got my products in perfect order. Thank you!
