Ordered guttering supplies on Mon aft for collection, turned up in my driveway early Tuesday morning!! Saved me a trip, saved fuel as they were coming out this way anyway! Outstanding customer service, well done Simon!!!

Been impressed with your emails so thought i would try you for a new front door for a rental we have. Being developers with a constant flow of work, i was expe ting tk make a good contact.
First call to Launceston i got transfered to sales who were too busy to speak to me. Thats good because they must have lots of happy customers
Tried again next day, same. Left all my details for a call back........ no call...... not impressed😭

Absolute disaster very badly run took 1 month to get a few bits of guttering and won’t answer phones as if a guy is serving someone there’s no one else there to answer it and if there was some other company here I would never go back.
Now 1 year on I get a voicemail left on my phone telling me the boss that is that he didn’t like my review so I can’t get they’re best prices!!!!!well my best advice to Andrew is he won’t be around much longer accusing an unhappy customer for very good reason that I dreamt and overreacted to someone coming to my house 36 hours after I ordered it and said if they couldn’t get to me that afternoon it would be first thing the following morning but they chose 5.10 on a very dark winters evening and I think anyone would be aggrieved so wise up lads and please the people that put money in your pockets not what you think!!Absolutely pathetic service don’t go there if you have any since....I go all the way up to Exeter one hour away and get it delivered the same day and 20% cheaper and lovely people to deal with so need I say anymore......🙄😡

Asked for a sample to be told not possible and they would ask the manufacturer , eventually told they do not offer samples .
I contacted the manufacturer and was greeted with , no problem sir we can get something in the post for you today . As promised i received the sample and have now been advised of a supplier who might go that extra mile to supply the 55 metres we require
