I bought a bench. The finish is poor quality. I wrote to the company complaining and asking advice on how to clean the white stains. They haven't replied. If they don't help I will need to send it back and get a refund. I have not assembled the bench, only unpacked it.

I would like to leave some positive information for future buyers, I purchased a garden shed few months ago, the customer service was very helpful, gave all the information to me.
My garden shed fits well into the corner of my large garden.

I even had a follow up call asking how is the shed during all the rain we had recently.

I would certainly go back for further garden bits, and recommend them to family and friends

Really poor customer service. Issue with and item and while I had one reply it was nothing to do with the complaint. Be mindful of there is anything wrong they will cut and run leaving you hanging. - I’m now seeking legal advice to small claims This was how the sides had been put together

Brilliant customer service from the team at Garden Chic. I puchased a garden sofa set on sale. Not only was this the cheapest price online, the items were delivered within 3 days. Highly reccomended and I would use again!

I have ordered a gazebo on June 11th. I was told an attempted delivery by DX couriers was made. However, no card was left behind when.

After that one attempted delivery, the gazebo got lost in transition. I have waited patiently for Garden Chic to get an update from their manufacturer as it didn’t come from them supposedly. Finally, after another week they came back to me, in which I have decided to cancel the order and get a full refund.

Now I am told the manufacturer have sent a replacement and the courier will send it back to them. Once, they’ve received their goods back. I will then they get a refund!!!!

This is going round in circles and I have been chasing them regularly, only to be told to wait another day every time. This was suppose to be for a garden party early July. I doubt it would get a refund by then to order from
Somewhere else more reliable. I don’t recommend my experience to anyone 🙁

I bought a wooden gazebo from this company recently, and it arrived on time no issues.

on erecting the gazebo a few pieces of the wood cracked when screwing together, but to be fair the gentleman I rang arranged replacements promptly.

once completed i could then see that the wood was of a poor quality and it was going to be a problem, knots have fallen out already which means it will leak like a sieve when any rain comes, and there's holes wherever you look.

I have had to use 3/4 tubes of sylicon to fill the gaps where you can see daylight coming through on all the joins and where knots have fallen out of the panels,

when I was staining it the next day I could see drips all over the floor where the stain has crept through the gaps and holes where knots have come out of the panels.

although it was only cheap reduced from £700 plus to £570 it is still disappointing when the wood quality and build is very very poor,

I can't see it lasting for too long or even staying up as I may bite the bullet and get it down as it looks a cheap thing when you get up close or inside the gazebo

I've gone two stars for prompt delivery and customer care but cannot go more with the quality of the wood.

I ordered a 850kg bag of ornamental pebbles, however when the delivery company called me to arrange delivery it became clear that they could only deliver it with a pump truck as the bag was on a pallet. I live on a road where the bag could only be delivered to the road or pavement by this method. I needed a hiab delivery and the couriers don’t have a hiab truck. I also explained that there is no info on the buy or pay page about the manner of delivery and if it had been stated it was a pallet delivery I wouldn't have ever bought the item. When I asked Gardenchic for a refund they told me they would have to withhold £60 to get the pebbles back to them. I didn’t accept this and 5 days later I’m still waiting for my refund.
