Shameful, no respect for the customer!
I bought a Zumo XT2 on their site, they sent me a product that was at least reconditioned, but above all damaged not only on the GPS, but also on the accessories (screws and support). While I can understand that you put returned products back into the circuit, it is unacceptable that no checks are made on the condition and packaging of your item. Put yourself in the shoes of the pigeon who paid 540 euros for a GPS and who receives this kind of package. Very disappointed and with the feeling of having been cheated by this "premium" brand. If you don't respect your customers, you shouldn't be surprised if they turn to Asian products...

I had minor damage to my Garmin Fenix 6 Pro, and the pulse oximeter was inaccurate. I returned it for a replacement. After 13 days of the item being delivered, I needed to reach out to them for an update. They responded quickly and informed me that the Fenix 6 Pro was out of stock. Instead, they offered me the Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar at no extra cost. I received it within three working days. While the initial communication could have been better, the service that followed was excellent. Thank you very much!

This location puts the brand Garmin to shame. Employee attacking a member of the public outside the premises on public land and the manager Sean supported these actions! How have they both not been fired. What a terrible representation of a company. I used to buy garmin Sat navs- I'm so happy we no longer need them thanks to Google and smart phones. Disgraceful Garmin, EU Southampton and the joke is now on you Sean for laughing at a member of public after your disobedient dog assaulted him... I'm not sure if that makes you even more FOOLISH than the FOOL! Steer well clear people

My Foreruner 265 worked good only for one year. Today I lost 11% of battery in couple of hours only with 1.5h of gps activity. I am trying to contact your help from Romania but they don't seem to work. I send couple of emails but no one respond. You only respond when you want from us to Send feedback after talking to customer service. I dont have money to keep buying your products every year. I am very disappointed of product. Hr isn't working good also when I start my daily suggested workouts (alerts also dont work in dsw- to eat, drink, cadence). Some beeps also not working. I am marathon lover, I used your watch a lot, but I think that I will switch to Coros- how can I (and where) seek for help, live in Serbia, I bought watch in Joanina, Greece... I have a marathon in 10 days, if I send watch to service (dont know where it is), they will erase all data, which is very important for my daily scheduled routines and my all year running activities. I wish you all the best, hope that you will help.

After couple of months with that problem, I have learned- erase all activities and get hrm strap. I am still having problems but less.

Another thought, I switched to Epix Pro, and again, Garmin fooled us- they have retired Fenix 7 pro and Epix Pro after only one and a half year!!!!

You stopped updates for Fenix 7 pro, Epix Pro... It is crazy. For who are you working for? For shareholders or us? You are giving more to oldest FR255 then for our 1000$ watches. That will catch you down. I hope. I will switch brand as soon as my Epix go dead. You dont put even smallest feature updates, why? You think that we will continue to buy your overrated watches every year? Think again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service needs to have procedures updated as they are not customer oriented at all. Faulty device that I sent back is stuck with ups yet then I was told that I need to wait for procedure to complete to be able to receive any device back to me. For not of my fault I have to be a part of procedures that I should not be. Company behaves like a big bully does have one approach to all matters and none of the individual issues resolutions. Very disappointing experience in overall which is a big shame as the truck sat nav is actually really good.

Not impressed with call wait times. I seem to average over 30 minutes every time I have to call (currently 53 minutes and counting), and that’s when I’m not mysteriously cut off! And with their product - BMW Nav 6, I have to call pretty often. Assume they hope by not picking up, they’ll deter the less determined! Their recorded music while I wait repeats about every 8 seconds, now I know that’s to encourage callers not to stay online.
