Harrison is an absolute lifesaver!
He was able to rectify multiple issues, that another out of hours plumber had supposedly come to fix on our toilet following a leak, and ended up worsening the problem. The toilet had been left in an almost unusable state, including the cistern not being secured to the wall, incorrect soil pipe outlet, loose seat, and toilet paper pushed under the base to try and level! The before and after photos speak for themselves, as Harrison checked every component and fixed every issue in a very caring and professional manner, and left nothing to chance before leaving 🙌
Both Harrison and Brett are experts in their professions, and whether it’s plumbing, heating, or anything else related, it is BHW we will always turn to and trust for advice and services!!!

Brett and Harrison just finished fitting our wood burner/boiler.Not only did they do a brilliant job they corrected work done by the local Muppet plumber. House is now nice and warm with loads of hot water. This is the second house they've worked on for us and we wouldn't call anyone else. "Above and beyond" doesn't do them justice, honest and respectful they are not happy untill you are. Gave them 5 stars only because there's no option to give 10.

Brett responded to a post I had placed on a Rayburn forum as I was having some issues. He went above and beyond in helping me resolve the trouble I was having. Absolutely brilliant. They fitted a new boiler for me. They were by far the best quote out of 3 and did themselves proud by being the ultimate professionals. I couldn’t be happier with my new boiler and radiators. If I could mark them out if 10 I’d give them 11 hands down. Use them you will be impressed I guarantee it. Their friendly approach goes along way too, very approachable and worth every penny.
