My wife's car had 574 pounds of Tyre replaced. They said the front discs and pads needed replaced. Booked an appointment a week in advance to get the replacement done. Turned up on the day of the appointment and they said no one was available to do the work. No apology at all . Won't be going back. They ring you up for work but can't ring you to say the jobs off. Off to Marra Motors far more dependable .

Replaced my coil spring , but unfortunately damaged the drop link in the process which they are replacing free of charge , could of said it was already like that ,and I would of been none the wiser , great honest company which will always get my business, well done !!!!

Went in for a new tyre whilst visiting keswick and my wheel came out looking like this. Wheels are worth an approx of £1400 new , i wiped them down the morning before visiting the garage and the marks shows were not on the wheel. Wouldn't take responsibility said they took photos of the wheel before starting the job even though i saw him do it half way through the job !

Successfully managed to remove locking wheel nuts and replace all tyres. Big shout out to Chris for being very helpful and enthusiastic - grumpy desk staff not so hot .

Ash from Gates Tyres was a life saver when my tyre blew due to being slashed. He picked me and my daughter up, took my daughter to the church up the road (her daughter had a concert there). Took me to get new tyre then took me back and fitted it. Top man.

Watch out if you have to use this garage. I needed 1 rear tyre fitted which they then told me i needed 2 others changed. The front two tyres have over 5mm of tread across the whole tyre! They also failed to do my wheel alignment which i had booked the car in for. Service is poor and the from the guys on the tools to the people on the desk.

Terrible service, booked in for 10 30 for 2 new tyres ,,, 2 hrs 40 minutes later job done.
Fobbed off with crap excuses,
This also cost me a shift at work as I was too late, what's the point of booking a Time slot.
2 HOURS . 40 MiNUTES to change 2 tyres,,,,,,, by " professionals ",,,,,,joke !!!!
