Really pleased with the service undertaken by James yesterday. He was so professional, thorough and helpful.

We had our one year old Gazco fire serviced last week. Derek Thomas did the job for us. Derek is an all round good chap, got on with the work and left the place immaculate. Fire looks like new. Very satisfied.

Owned the Logic Vogue fire for 5 hrs now and it has broken down every year. It will not ignite at the moment ,we contacted Gazco and the customer service has been pathetic. They asked for photos of the purchase also completion of registration which we provided. We have not received any reply. I suggest you stay away from this firm.

Derek, Gazco's gas engineer accurately diagnosed the problem with my broken fire and patiently explained which parts needed replacing and why. This he accomplished within a couple of hours, despite the previous non-Gazco 'gas engineer' we employed stating that the fire could not be repaired but needed to be replaced, causing additional damage whilst 'analysing' the problem. Derek was excellent! He was very methodical and knowlegeable.

Would highly recommend this company as they offer a great range of products. Most of there products come with a five year guarantee as long as you register your appliance. Any time I have been on the phone the customer service team are fantastic. Yes at times there may be a wait, but think of all those appliances they have sold. I have had a few appliances fitted and cannot fault them. My balance flue studio is fantastic. My last gas fire was a riva 2 670. I would recommend looking at there new reflex fire. Would have no problem buying this brand again.

Moved into a house with an expensive Gazco fire less than 18 years old. Gazco seem reluctant to support or service older models. Seems crazy to expect people to pay thousands for a fire and then make them obsolete after a few years.

If anyone from Gazco is interested in helping - I'd love a working fire thanks.

Kenny the agent for Gazco arrived on the time agreed and very quickly identified and fixed the problem without any fuss. He was a particularly engaging young man and helped us by explaining the features and usage of the remote. Very grateful for his help.
