I ordered some wax strips and the Customer Service Team was swift and efficient in answering my query.The items arrived fast and smoothly, possibly delivered by Amazon.
My only criticism is that I bought 48 double sided strips of Mint and Green Tea wax and someone decided that as the strips are waxed in pairs (they have to be) 2 strips don't count for one unit ( they cannot be sold separately as the Wax is sticking together) but for 2, so I received an ordinary box of the regular strips I buy in the High Street Retailers with 6 packs of double sided strips to make it 48.
Now, considering I normally buy 20 strips from Superdrug for 6£ and General Healthcare sell 48 strips for less than 10£ I have had a good deal ( to be honest they smell absolutely amazing) but I find it a bit tackey to stuff the contents of 3 boxes into 1: I suggest that you either use a bigger box or get rid of the box all together and send just the strips, wrapped in some tissue paper ( which I found, folded in the box anyway)...
I have yet to try the product but I can't imagine it's not as good as the popular Branded one, just cheaper.
Nothing else on the website suitable for my lifestyle but I might top up the waxing strips from time to time.

I was after a particular soap that contained Salicylic Acid & Sulphur for a friend who was travelling abroad
