I put a note on Facebook asking for recommendations for a local bike repair service … the very next day the owner of George Halls Cycle Cente came to my shop in Harborough and said that he’ll pick my bike up in the morning from my home. They prepared a quote quickly and carried out the work … the bike was delivered back to my home within days.

I cannot recommend their service high enough.

I've just picked up a couple of bikes (Trek & Scott) that are 20+ years old and have never had any significant servicing done. They now feel like brand new - thank you! The work was done promptly, and the charges are very reasonable. I can definitely recommend George Halls Cycle Centre.

I used George Hall cycles for the first time , having used a number of local cycle shops to do bike repairs in the past. I was very impressed with Jack who explained what needed doing to fix my mountain bike. The work was done promptly and I was very impressed with the standard of the work done. I also thought their labour charge was very reasonable given all the work that need doing. I will definitely be using them again for repairs and servicing.

Took my bike in the other week for a service and to get the brakes fixed, had a few issues with the brakes a week or so later, took the bike in and it was attended to straight away, and today also, had a slight issue with the gears after a fall and George fixed my bike straight away and I was back on my bike on my was in 10 minutes. Great service and much appreciated. Thank you!

I ordered some gear for wheel building which I just couldn't get anywhere else right now. Part of the order was out of stock. Neil took the time to mail and let me know, and offer a perfect alternative. I also made a personal mistake, and sent this back for an exchange, which they very kindly swapped, ignoring my ineptitude! It arrived back in lightening quick time. In such tough times, the customer service is exemplary, really confidence inspiring. Definitely on the list of go-to suppliers 🙂 Thanks a million.

Just had a couple of mountain bikes (that had been languishing in our shed for several years) serviced and they've come back like new. Great service, very reasonable prices and first class attention to detail - I was even asked for my weight to set up the suspension! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
