We had few imports with Gerlach, supplier have chosen them for this. And the service just been so poor that it is not worth giving even one star. I have asked them to update our details multiple time and it seems like they never do that even though they assure us they have. Never asked us how to import the goods even though after first time I said that they cannot import this without our instructions. Never worked with customs brokers who would be so bad and charge us so much for not doing what we have asked them for.

Really poor customer service. No one cares no one answers the calls. Also tried Southampton depot, no answer at all. Then I tried to call Southampton depot and finally someone answered after 15 minutes. I spoke to Southampton depot supervisor (C.H) who didnt care at all and she was rude while speaking to me on the phone. Disgrace.
AVOID AT ANY COST!!!!

Phone just answers with music-on-hold on the Southhampton number, Litchfield number is just "Leave a message" and the Dover number is completely wrong on their headed paper. All a bit dubious.
