Giftpro is a company that may pride itself on sharing good will whilst processing gift vouchers for their clients.

Unfortunately I did not receive any good will when I was recently employed as bank staff.

The senior of the department was unjustifiably hostile towards me and terminated my employment in an extremely unprofessional manner.

Her assessment of my performance was totally unfair and I was given no opportunity to respond to her accusations.

Obviously there were no employment procedures in place for bank staff which left me feeling totally victimized.

We chose to get setup with GiftPro in December 2014, to take advantage of the Christmas rush. The setup process was very straightforward, and we were really impressed that our online store was up and running within 48 hours. We worked with the GiftPro design team to produce some new voucher packaging, which is absolutely perfect - it really makes the gift vouchers feel special and our guests are always very complimentary.

In terms of results, GiftPro has added a new revenue stream to our business, now that we can sell gift vouchers online 24 hours a day. We’ve been so impressed with how efficiently the orders are dealt with - it gives me great peace of mind knowing the GiftPro team are on top of the entire printing and posting process.

Put simply, we haven’t looked back since day 1, the support we receive is exemplary - the GiftPro team are all really helpful, our reception team like talking to them and they’ve always been on hand whenever we need them. I would recommend GiftPro without any hesitation whatsoever.

We’ve been using GiftPro for many years now and it is without a doubt the best system for both us and our customers to use.

It’s super easy to manage the admin and backend of things and the interface for customers is just fantastic - really easy for them to use and it looks great too, especially with their recent new update!

Working with GiftPro has really simplified the sales and redemption processes involved with our gift vouchers. Our online store is easy to use for our customers purchasing their vouchers online and very user friendly from the administration side too. The fulfilment service is incredibly reliable, with all orders being dispatched on time or ahead of schedule to our customers. To top it off, we have already seen an increase in sales.

We've been very impressed with GiftPro since we started using the system for our restaurant gift vouchers. I trialled a few systems before we discovered GiftPro and after a very successful first 3 months I'm convinced we made a very good choice of partner for our vouchers. Our customers have found the system very quick and easy to use, which has translated into an 84% increase in year on year sales and much greater % of online orders (which we love, because of the reduced admin). A month in we added a range of new vouchers, this was quick and easy to do in-house, with very little involvement needed from the GiftPro techies. Our staff have found the system really intuitive and easy to use; the total training required was a 30 minute conference call! The GiftPro support has been outstanding, with any queries or tweak requests dealt with efficiently by their technically savvy team. The contract and pricing structure is clear and fair, with very little upfront investment needed and no long tie-ins.

I think the main point of difference with GiftPro is that they stick to doing 'one trick' well, rather than try to create fully integrated gift vouchers, loyalty cards, EPOS, CRM etc. systems like most of their competitors (and not doing any particularly well). I think this is important as that focus has enabled them to really understand the challenge and develop the best system I've seen in the market. I have already recommended GiftPro to two business I know (a small inn chain and a large country house hotel) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GiftPro to any business small or large, particularly in the hospitality sector.

Since switching to GiftPro we have seen a big increase in gift voucher revenue across our group, which is a fantastic achievement. GiftPro’s customer service is excellent; they always respond to enquiries in a polite and timely manner and are always on hand to answer any technical queries. The fulfilment service reduces a huge amount of administration for us, and ensures our customers’ orders are always received on time.

Feedback from our hotel teams has been very positive since we made the switch and I find the system easy to use, from creating vouchers to downloading reports, I have quick access to all of the information I need.

I look forward to seeing the next phase of exciting updates from GiftPro.

We were really impressed at the speed in which we were able to set up with GiftPro and have continued to be impressed by the volume of business the system has produced.
