Excellent, professional & exacting service from start to finish.
We had previously dealt with another company, to order a bespoke interior Crittal-style steel door. We had a terrible experience with the other company who had said our door was in the production queue, & came on 6 separate occasions in the following 3 months to 'finalise' their measurements. After 5 months, when we were expecting it to be fitted, they admitted they had never even ordered it!
So, we rang Glass Walls & Doors, & spoke to Philip, who said he would come that week to measure & estimate. They are experts who know what they are doing, so they only needed to measure once!
We had designs a few days later, paid the deposit, & had our door installed today, 2nd March, in exactly the time frame they had said. (14 weeks)
It is a perfect fit, in a tricky space. It needed to clear a curved wall, and is very tall - 2400mm floor to ceiling - narrow & heavy.
One more thing - a few weeks after we'd ordered our door, we asked Philip if he would come & give us an objective opinion about a big problem we had with 2 new patio doors (yes, from the other company) He graciously agreed to come & look, did a thorough inspection, & gave a much better solution for fixing them, that would minimise mess & damage. We were able to tell the other company to do it that way, & so we were very grateful for Philip's time & expertise.
If you are wondering if you should go with them, have no doubts. They will not let you down, you can trust them to know what they're doing, & they are so helpful & responsive. And the quality is fantastic!
