Terrible service
First tank failed within 6 months. To date awaiting invoice to be paid for the replacement.
New tank fitted April 2024, heating element failed September 2024.

Engineer visited, informed will be back within a week. 5 months later still waiting! Numerous calls- emails.. no response from them !!

Steer away from the ideal water tanks !

Do not buy their storage tanks. They are prone to working properly with unreliable parts which they charge you a fortune to replace. That's if they can be arsed answering the phone or responding to e-mails. I've been left with cold water for 3 weeks now. AVOID

Very disappointing company approach to new non gas heating.

With the way the world is going with respect to energy efficiency I would have hoped such a manufacturer would engage with and embrace new technology.

Gledhill not willing to manufacture or adapt any of their cylinder range to adequately support electric heating.

They state their cylinder coils are not bidirectional which is frankly ridiculous in this climate.

At SavvySpaces we only install energy efficient products which will last.

Companies like yours need to adapt or the market will flush you out.

Two other UK manufacturers more than happy to help.
