Absolutely fantastic hotel worthy of more stars. Room 242 was lovely. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and room temperature perfect.||Lounge & bar areas gorgeous. Dinner was perfect - the best fish & chips!||Breakfast is table service and nothing too much trouble. Eggs Benedict was lovely, gorgeous fresh fruit salad, juices and toast. ||Highly recommended. Great views out to see and car park spacious with plenty of spaces. ||Reception staff lonely. Perfect seaside getaway!

We stayed the night for my Birthday with our 2 boys. They are Great Danes so bigger than your average dog. That always makes me feel a bit anxious when checking in. I had no need to worry ! The hotel staff where all amazing and made us and our boys feel so welcome. Everyone was amazed by their size. The hotel is extremely dog friendly even gave us sausages for the boys at breakfast. The room was so nice and clean. The bar area was fantastic. Thanks Glendower Hotel

Lovely hotel, great location, really nice decor, amazing staff and brilliant breakfast. Would definately stay again. The rooms we spacious, comfy beds with heating which was easily altered. The seaviews were amazing and ample parking outside. Breakfast was served to order which was a nice change. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the bar had a good selection of reasonable priced drinks.

We have just had yet another amazing Christmas party night here (7th). The reason we choose this place repeatedly is because their customer service is second to none. From check in, to check out it the staff were amazing. A special shout out the Hailey who goes above and beyond and takes her time to talk to you. All the party staff were great| Special mention to the kitchen team. The beef was to die.for last night and to make the food to such a high standard and piping hot with over 100 parry guest is fantastic. |Breakfast was perfect. Room was beautifully decorated and nice and cosy. |Highly recommend party nights, over night stays or just a meal at the Glendower.|10stars xx

What a wonderful stay. A warm welcome on arrival, they supplied dog bowls, mats, throws and treats and really took the stress out of the journey. We had a large sea view room which was well appointed and lovely and warm. The view was just beautiful. |The restaurant has some dog friendly areas and if you are a guest at the hotel you can reserve one. |Breakfast was a real feast with all options in with the room rate. All bought to your table, no queueing for a toaster and messing about with orange juice. You just sit, order and relax. They even bring a bowl of sausage for your dog if you wish.|We booked a table for dinner and had the dogs with us, we could have left them in the room if we wished. The bar is exceptionally well stocked. The restaurant menu is not huge, ensuring everything is cooked to perfection and the choice of dishes is good.|We enjoyed three excellent courses. It makes a change to sit in a restaurant and not feel freezing cold or blasted by air con. It was warm and comfortable, so we sat longer and spent more money. Simples!|The location, opposite what must be one of the best and biggest beaches in England was superb and we spent hours just walking on the beach wit the dogs.|Short walk to shops and a 10 min drive into Lytham or Blackpool. |But why bother? Everything you need for your break is right there in St Anne's!|Thanks to all staff at Glendower for making our stay perfect. We shall return!

We stayed in the family room. Was lovely lay out. Had a big bed in the main room with TV, tea and coffee etc and then a separate room attached with two single beds and enough space for a cot at the end without being stuck for space to get around etc. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night whilst visiting family locally. The weather was awful as didn't stop raining but you wouldn't have known. It was all dressed for christmas as we were towards the end of November (23rd). Ideal location just opposite the beach. We walked down to the amusements on the pier, took about 5-10 minutes with a 5 year old and a pram. The breakfast was delicious and it was all table service. Only thing that let it down for us, is there wasn't much of a child option for breakfast. For example we would normally have had Porridge for our 1 year old and we had it but it was in a massive bowl and to hot to begin with. But this was minor and was just me not wanting to waste food, would have preferred a smaller portion fit for a child. We were able to get an electric plug in parking space at no extra charge to us for using. I believe it started at 10pm overnight. All in all, I would definitely stay again and we were all very happy with our stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days at this fabulous hotel. Very clean, very warm ( how lovely) dog friendly, well run with great food.
We had a Seaview in a large room. Well appointed, warm and spacious.
On arrival we were given dog bowls,mat and throws along with a warm welcome.
The restaurant had dog friendly areas and it was clean and warm. Not often you can sit in a restaurant these days in decent clothes and not be dithering. Because we weren't freezing cold and blasted by air con, we sat longer and spent more. Simples. Restaurant menu was good. Service was excellent and friendly.
Breakfast was a real feast and cooked to perfection. They even gave us a bowl of sausage for our dogs!
Nothing was too much trouble and it was the most relaxing stay.
We will return as this place is an absolute gem.

This is a nice hotel. I would recommend it.
The compact room was definitely compact and very overlooked. It faced inwards overlooking a lower floor roof, and the other sides of the building in a square. The room also smelled like someone had been wearing nylon socks all day. I put that down to it being pet friendly and many dogs staying in there over time. Carpet could do with a clean. We booked last minute on a budget for 1 night so we weren't too bothered about this. Perfume helped!

Other than that, all good. Good location overlooking the beach front. Plenty of parking available on the street or just further along if there are no spaces in the hotel. Nice bar area and the restaurant looked nice.
