Found this marvellous looking 1.5t digger on EBay and contacted Gleneden plant sales department.
Craig was extremely helpful and after a few words with his Boss, he managed to get the machine serviced and delivered in a record time and all included in the Company’s after sales’ services.
Delivered by a charming Irish gentleman who took time to show me from A to Z how to use the machine.

Really good company to deal with. Travelled to them from Glasgow without knowing a lot about them. What we bought works perfectly, needed a bit of cleaning for what we do, but no mechanical issues at all. Not a wasted trip. I'm writing this 2 months after sale. Filly was very helpful at front of desk, sending us documents after the sale as promised. Will be using again ?

I recently bought a excavator from Gleneden, it was a big purchase for me so I was quite anxious and having never used Gelenden before I was unsure what to expect. When I went to look at the machines in stock they were very helpful and let me try out a couple of machines by myself, no high pressure sales techniques which was refreshing. I dealt with a very knowledgeable and friendly chap called Craig, I chose a machine, we agreed a deal and then I was dealt with very efficiently by the office staff. I had asked that a few bits were taken care of on the machine prior to delivery and true to their word everything was taken care of and the machine was delivered on time. I did spot a couple of issues with some of the running gear components after a few days of ownership, I spoke with Craig and without hesitation he ordered me the parts and they turned up the next day. I'm very impressed with Gleneden and would highly recommend them.

D&F plant
We purchased a zaxis 85 from Gleneden , when the excavator was delivered it developed a serious fault so we contacted Raymond and he agreed to take the excavator back , no problem.
But as we needed that size of machine he searched and found us a replacement and delivered it to us with no problem.
Excellent service with no quibble and I will definitely buy from Gleneden again

Phoned on Monday to have a look at a double drive Volvo truck. Told them I was coming Tuesday and would take it with me if all was good. Got the on Tuesday, no one knew I was coming. The guy with the Irish accent I spoke to on the phone wasn't there. The truck had a flat tyre, flat battery, no one knew anything about it. I gave up and left. Traveled up from Reading too.

first experience dealing with Gleneden and i was a little put off by some of the negative reviews and had decided to look elsewhere until fate forced my hand and due to a fire a needed an excavator that had a certain spec straight away so called Gleneden and confirmed machines i was interested in where available, few hours later we arrived and shown machines we where interested in then allowed to fully check them in our own time with no pushy sales tactics just here is the keys take your time attitude if you need anything give us a shout, had a few questions which where dealt with and purchased on a Wednesday morning, explained urgency to get to us and Craig had service kit ordered straight away to be done Thursday and machine on low loader and on site before 9am friday morning. the driver of loader was truly excellent and could not have been more helpful. later that day had a small issue with an scr filter which was not due to be changed causing an emissions warning, called gleneden and they had replacement part delivered next morning. fitted in ten minutes and thus far have been very happy with our purchase. hope to deal with glededen again.
