Phoned up Globovac to check that the stretch hoses we wanted to order were in stock. We’d been looking quite a while for a supplier. However most online retailers used to source these from a Polish company, who thanks to Brexit no longer are willing to ship to the UK (we had ordered and paid for one from Amazon, but ‘they’ then cancelled presumably on seeing that we were UK based, refunding us of course)

Bruno quickly confirmed Globovac actually had the stretch hoses in their warehouse. I also wanted to purchase a combination tool, but wanted to ensure it was going to be compatible with our broken one. Bruno immediately went down stairs to give me measurements, which allowed us then to order online.

Both items were shipped the same day, price was reasonable. Very helpful company.
