Amazing, tasty ice cream. We sampled many different flavours, all of which were delicious and smooth in their own unique way. We’ve sampled many ice creams throughout the country but none outshines Golds. The owner, Simon, was very accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond. Thank you!

Amazing people to work with. Visited to discuss supplying ice cream for an event - most other manufacturers refused a one off order, or the quality was low. They were hospitable and very helpful, providing us with some samples to try. We liked all of them, but selected 4. Apparently only a few weeks notice it's required but I placed the order early because I know they are busy during summer.

We started stocking Golds, a few months ago. I’ve had a couple of different suppliers however Golds stand out for their quick turn around times. It’s hospitality this is a key quality to have. The flow kites are fab!

I went to gold’s ice cream factory to discuss the opening of a account to supply my pancake stall on Bury Market, they couldn’t do enough at first assuring me that they would support the business in its early stages, they said we can supply you with small amounts of ice cream and as the season progresses we can make several trips over the week.
This turned out to be a complete lie
they once delivered me 2x5 ltrs the next time of asking for two 5ltrs I was told in no uncertain terms that if I didn’t buy 5 tubs then they wouldn’t supply me so I ask what happened to your promise of we will assist your business as much as we can in the early stage's, obviously after spending hundreds of pounds with Golds out of season there interest seemed to wain as the season goes on,
I’m sorry to have to write this complaint but I don’t like the way I have been treated it’s bad state of affairs when you need to lie to get an order.
