Simply put, this is a world class product. Side by side blind tastings vs Forman and other leading smokers, this won for all participants. Delivery (at least within London) is timely and you get a text message if you were out, stating where it has been left. I've been a subscriber with monthly deliveries for nearly 5 years, that's how good it is.

I ordered a gift pack as a present and an extra smoked salmon for me. The smoked salmon is gorgeous, beautiful and soft, full of flavour and a cut above the supermarket effort.
I wish the gift pack actually came with a box. It was well packaged but I had to hunt around for a suitable box to display it in!

Absolutely superb smoked salmon, I love the long sliced rather than d-cut. Cannot afford the product at all, I should be ordering it for more offer now, not just for Christmas. Really impressed with the long shelflife as well.

I really love the oily smoked salmon excellent mild flavour . I also order monthly salmon fillets and keep them in the freezer for sashimi or a quick grilled supper. Much nicer than any supermarket salmon.
Try spreading a little good pesto sauce on a pair of fillets , then a few pine nuts then a sprinkling of Parmesan. Bake in hot oven for 15 minutes .

Very moist and not too oily. Lovely flavour. Will be ordering again. Not sure I like the long strips of sliced salmon which I found far more difficult to separate compared with the conventional method of slicing.
