Please don’t park here. Both machines on the ground floor have been out of order for months. The car park attendant didn’t answer the phone. I paid online when I got home and still got a £60 charge. I appealed and provided proof of payment but they still charged me.

This is a Smart scam carpark, How this car park scamming people to pay fines, still not got enough attention from regulators, someone should stop them scamming people . they say its smart car park but you have to pay and display- how is it’s smart, i paid for the time and not known it’s calculating time in seconds. Over 10 seconds on time and they sent me fine. Avoid at all costs, on top I paid fine but they still passed my details to debt collection.

Wish I’d read the reviews before parking here. They’ll let you pay til 11:30 and then lock your car in and refuse to come help. Literally left a 6 month pregnant woman stranded. People we spoke to on the phone were vile. I’d rather park in a ditch.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Despite signs inside the car park saying that it is open until 11:30pm, we came back at 10:50 and found the entire site locked. We weren't the only ones either. After calling the security team, we were told that they would not open the site after 10:30pm, even though it was the middle of winter and it was freezing cold. Horrible horrible company

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Wish I'd known about this place before I parked here. Paid for 3 hrs, left after 1hr 40mins so well within the time I'd paid for. Entered my details correctly into the machine but the machine didn't issue a parking ticket. No matter, thought I, it's on their system as I've just put my details into the machine... Oh nooooo... Got a PCN today (TEN days after the fine apparently issued!!!) and now disputing. Upon researching, as it's private land, they can't send bailiffs (no matter what they threaten) and it seems it's a total scam. I refuse to pay them anything, as no doubt they'll reject my appeal as they have done with countless other people. I'm reporting them to the relevant bodies.

My appeal was rejected, surprise surprise. I'm not paying the thieving scumbags a single penny. I gave all the evidence I could - all they needed to do was check their records, but instead of doing that they said they are in the right and I'm in the wrong. I'm absolutely raging about it.

I have never had any issues using this carpark, it's my first choice when looking to drive into Altrincham. And I always pay using the Ringo App.

AVOID THIS CAR PARK!! bought a 'Pay & Display' ticket for my car but have received a fine one month later!! They take pictures when you enter and leave and fine you even if you have displayed a ticket! It's a complete scam!!! Luckily I paid with my card so I have proof of the transaction so have been able to appeal but will see what the outcome is. DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK! Find literally anywhere else! UPDATE: I appealed this fine, its now 2 months later and have had no response to my appeal but I am still receiving threatening letters demanding payment. Citizens advice have informed me this is now harassment!! I am fully prepared to go to court as I have proof I paid and displayed at the car park!
