I have deliberately used a headline as I could go on and on and on and on about how good Rob and his team are! We agreed a very fair price with Got The Shot for 3 x promo videos and some extra content. The whole experience was incredibly professional, friendly and reliable.

Rob took the time to understand our needs but also our business. I thought for the very fair price I was paying, we would have to "direct" our own shoot and plan it a lot of detail. Actually, we didn't need to at all. Rob and the team absolutely understood what we needed with fact finding before the day and even more questioning / understanding on the day too. This all resulted in getting the best information out of our team and on to the camera.

I could not be happier with the results. We are already planning our next group of videos. I have already recommended Rob to 2 other businesses and would happily recommend to anyone!

The day of the shoot went smoothly and no one felt uncomfortable when having there photo taken. Rob was excellent and helpful, he even got a few shots of our office dog which was a lovely gesture. The final versions of the photos and videos they took on the day have been outstanding, and definitely exceeded our expectations. You do not realise how much a good photographer with some light editing can actually make the photos stand out and how much it can bring a website or email signature together and tidy.
