We are really happy with the end result of the project.

Marcus has a professional approach and dealt with issues promptly. In particular he kept coming back until everything was completely finished. This was especially important given that we were let down by several smaller suppliers during the build, leading to unplanned delays.

Marcus takes a no news is good news approach to updating on progress. Therefore weekly site meetings were great for keeping on top of everything.

Marcus also worked really well with our architect.

Before the owner of this company decided to fold his prior outfit they did a huge building project for me. 80% of this went without any real issue but their GRP roof installation was faulty and despite many attempts to resolve they were unable to do so and eventually stopped returning calls - probably just before they were subject to a winding up order by HMRC. I have had to get an entirely new roof installed by a competent contractor and remediate interior damage that has been caused by water ingress. Tread carefully.

Gowell Developments done loft conversion for me. I chose them because of their detailed quote and I haven’t been disappointed with my choice. Work has been done in timely manner and according to the quote. Builders were flexible to take additional works that haven’t been included initially. Site was kept clean. I’m happy with the final result.
