Spent an extra £100 .00 tocupgrade to a lithiym battery that only lasted 12 month's. Do NOT make the same mistake as I did, go to a reliable company, before you part with any money.

Absolutely disgusting service.
Dirt bike arrived in a damaged boxed causing damage to the bike itself. I emailed picture of evidence to be told they were going to make a courier claim and get back to me. 2 months passed and I’ve started emailing asking for an update with no reply?! £300 down the drain and my little boy without his main present. absolutely disgusting. I’m going to give them another month, if no reply after then I will be taking it further.

Excellent service. The scooter arrived promptly, however, the mudguard had been damaged in transit. A photograph and description of the issue was sent via email and a replacement part arrived a few days later.

absolutly disgrace on the name of their business and shambles for those who deal with them ,disgusting items which are more likly you get faulty and then they ask you to repaire from your owen pocket. disgracful people and business above all nobady catch them doing this to people in broad daylight

Absolutely terrible service! Had no confirmation about order for my sons birthday and when I go down to ask them where the bike is they say it's there but wont let me have it so I go get the right ID and they still wouldnt let me have it what a joke! Dont shop here there customer service is very poor and rude!

Crash bar all buckled

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SEND YOU FAULTY GOODS WILL ONLY TAKE THEM BACK IF YOU PAY RETURN FEE ENGINEERS ARE SUPPOSED TO PASS THESE BUT NO EVIDENCE AS THE ONE WE GOT NEVER WORKED THEY ALSO LEFT LAST PERSONS PERSONAL DETAILS ON THE BOX AS HE HAD RETURNED IT AS DIDNT WORK AND THEY SENT IT STRAIGHT TO US THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE NO PHONE LINES TO DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS HOWEVER THEY HAVE A PHONE LINE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY CON MEN
