What a shocking service this company provide, after buying a machine that has continued to flame and cause damage they have sent engineers over the last 9 months all while we have been paying for the machine monthly.

Every engineer that has come has stated the machine is faulty and reports show this, The owners blame the extraction, the engineers state it is not the issue yet seem to be scared of being fired if they say otherwise,.

They have brought down an extraction bigger than a person and the machine still flamed on every occasion - which was clearly filed in reports.

If the extraction was an issue an extraction fan would have been brought by us if it fixed the issue as that was all we wanted a machine that was not a hazard to the building and team.

They tested the extraction and the machine still flamed even with there state of the art extraction system. Which we were wiling buy and keep if it fixed the issue.

Engineers even stopped testing midway through due to the way it flamed on different occasions.

We have suggested taking another machine or swapping it but they are not wiling to do anything. They have left my business with a fire hazard while they sit on a pile of cash for it.

They tested the extraction and it stills flames, after 9 months they have said they want to collect the machine to test it some more which we would still need to pay the monthly's for even though we have been for the last year , when all reports show the extraction is not the issue.

The machine can not be used due to the flaming, we are now having to seek legal action to get the machine returned.

They have had there money from the leasing company and refuse to help. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Amy was very helpful today as we ran out of ink and needed it urgently, even though it was past 5 pm she answered the call and sorted everything out with the warehouse to enable us to receive them tomorrow.

I had a problem with my laser cutting machine today which is a LASERPRO MERCURY 2. Their technical department headed up by Krysztof did an incredible job using the remote interrogation tool Team-viewer, and within the space of around 15 min or so he managed to get the machine working perfectly! I will be using this company for all of my future needs and services as they were superbly helpful and speedy! I totally recommend them!

I Have been using Grafityp for many years, on this occasion they sent out the wrong material, to the wrong address , then when I asked Annie if they can send out the correct material and swap over they wouldn't do this and said I had to pay to have the wrong material to be returned then order a new material , I explained this was for an on going job that needed to be finished , they did not care . I had to travel to MDP to get the correct material. I will never use this Grafityp again. Terrible service .

My printer arrived the next day! Notifications throughout the dispatch process and delivery process. They forgot to add my inks to my order, so I emailed and they immediately called me and set them out for the next day! Amazing customer service!! Special thanks to Kelly gallagher

Grafityp are 100% our go to for all our clothing vinyl. By far they stock the largest collection, everything is always in stock. Only once in 12 years we’ve had to wait for a backorder but we’re kept in the loop all the time.
They ship out with efficiency and speed and the customer service is second to none!
