Do not order through Too Good To Go! I have no ice-cream, no refund and no communication from anyone. Their ice cream may be nice (I will never find out!), but don't order it through Too Good To Go! Because when you arent allowed to collect it, they will invoice you for failure to collect... there is NO concept of customer service, either! I have reported this fraud & theft to my card issuer for my full refund! 😞 41 mile round trip for nothing, so definitely not saving the planet... utter shambles & one to avoid.

Big thank you for lying me for the past 6 months that one of your ice creams are keto friendly with 3 grams of carbs, what a discovery yesterday I have made that in fact they have 22 grams of carbs and you have relabelled your boxes! Thank you for ruing my keto carbs counter! Simply the best ice making company with skills… people please do not buy this product as it’s highly inaccurate in ingredients and now cost £7 at Waitrose…

Do NOT buy their ice cream making kit. They provide sugar, pots and vanilla pod. They say you 'just need milk, eggs and double cream" You actually need 10 egg yolks, 400g milk, 375g double cream. It was awful to open this as a birthday present from someone to find i'd need to spend a further £5+ to make the ice cream. This item cost my friend £23!! For two pots of sugar, a vanilla pod and some cups!! You do not make it clear on your website that we basically need to provide the the whole recipe apart from sugar and vanilla!! Thats disgusting!!! Shame on you!

By a million miles, the best ice cream that I have ever had! I am rather proud to say (never ashamed with ice cream this good) that I ate the whole tub of maple syrup ice cream last night.
The taste was perfect and I was blown away by the quality of this amazing product.

Having tried their salted honey icecream I was keen to see if i could order online and they seemed to have an online shop with "next day delivery". I ordered a good selection but it never arrived next day... or the day after... or the day after that,. After checking the website again the delivery time now seemed to now state 1-3 days so I waited, but still nothing. After 4 days I rang and they said they were having issues and were only dispatching once a week on a Wednesday and that mine wouldn't arrive now until the Thursday of the following week! I wasn't very happy but agreed. After thinking about it again I decided to cancel the order (the excitement had gone!) . I emailed "amanda@" and requested the cancellation and a refund. Its now friday (c2 weeks late!r). I have no ice-cream, no refund and no communication from the company or anyone. Their icecream maybe nice (I may never find out!), but don't order it online or expect good customer service. Very sad indeed. I shall now have to go through the hassle of getting the card company to do a refund! 😞

The vanilla ice cream tasted like raw egg for nearly £8 would have thought it would be much better. Burgesses ice cream of Beverley 10 times better and cheaper half the price

Was unable to try icecream due to no nutritional information on tub. Customer service were unhelpful verging on rude and website was not useful in gaining this information. Need to be more considerate of people with nutritional needs.
