The shop is spacious and easy to get around in a motorised wheelchair. The products are excellent, and new ones are added regularly, which makes every visit interesting, and Paul is always obliging in describing them and pulling ones off the high shelves I cannot reach. I live in a care home and me and my friends there depend on Grape Tree for the ingredients we use to make our muesli breakfasts.

Yes! Very positive experience. I discovered this store when I found out about a health problem and needed to review what I eat. I got such a lot of help from the kind and knowledgeable man who served me and the things I bought have made such a difference. I shop there regularly now and am very grateful to Paul who first helped me and appreciative of the staff that serve me when I visit. I hope it stays open. We need it in this town.

Well stocked store nicely set out for easy browsing and selection. Great selection of vegan, sugar free, and healthy option foods for snacking and baking. Staff are great fun and the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right products. Recommended.

It is so nice to be served by people who obviously love what they do and love what they sell. Demi is a ray of sunshine and Paul has really helped me expand my diet to include ingredients that taste lovely and are healthier than the meat and sugar I have lived on for many years, There is nowhere else like Grape Tree on the High Street. Thank You!
