I paid £26 for detergent, and I'm waiting over a week for it .
It still says , processing ...
I have called them, facebooked them, messenger , even rang them.
And they keep ignoring me.
I can't help but feel scammed.

I've been using Greenscents products since 2016. They're fantastic! The castile soap doesn't dry out my hands, the laundry liquid is fab and smells great (not overpowering or fake like most detergents)... we also use the washing liquid, loo cleaner, anti bacterial spray, floor cleaner and wood polish. They're all so good and I know I'm not putting anything toxic into the water system or any nasty chemicals that my dog might ingest

Poor show so far...products arrived smashed to pieces...emailed twice before I got an answer...customer service rep apologised and said that items would be with me in a couple of days...a couple of weeks later still waiting! Emailed again to have the reply...your items are waiting in dispatch!! Well dispatch them then! Not a good start for a new customer...
