I contacted Grim's Bikes about getting my e-bike serviced, which Graham was more than happy to do. He explained the service procedure thoroughly, including timescales and costs, and keep me informed of all extra work that needed doing and parts that needed ordering. He both collected the bike from my house after arranging the service, and returned it when everything was finished. The bike is now running like a dream once more; I will definitely be contacting Graham again for any other problems or services. Ten thumbs up!

Graham was easy to deal with from the outset. He was clear on his availability and understood that I needed my bike back ASAP. He dealt with the work incredibly promptly (on the spot!) and even took the time to show me how I could fix the problem myself in the future. A great experience from start to finish.
