What fantastic service! I bought a Tefal Jam maker from Lakeland (another excellent company). It went wrong after a couple of years so I was told to send it to this company. I did and they repaired it and returned it very quickly.
That was about 6 years ago. Recently it stopped working so, as I love this product, I tried to replace it but it's discontinued and the later model doesn't have as many functions. I contacted Groupe Seb to see if they could repair it again. They arranged collection and within a week, phoned to say they could no longer get the parts so they would replace it. I explained that the latest model was not as good and they said they'd replace it with the same model.
Just a couple of days later, the new one arrived. I'm delighted.
Helpful, efficient, fast and not expensive. What more could anyone want?

Tried to contact this company as the owners of Tefal and contact us form reverts to a third party company. How do you complain to a company that are uncontactable

Absolutely shocking don't buy a Tefal if anything goes wrong it goes here, we have been sending ours since October 2023 and still sent back twice and came back in the same shape as it left even in battered boxes each time
