I tried to order 2 filters online and they was showing not in stock so I decide to go to shop to check what they have in stock. The guy from the till brings me the filters and ask me for a higher price so a told him that I'm gonna order online becouse I have a coupon and gonna be cheaper. He get mad and told me that I have to wait 30 minutes to be ready for collection and I said that's fine. He refuse to accept the order online after one hour. I was waiting outside the show and on the mindtime he stayed outside smoking with other employees!!

Fantastic staff very friendly and helpful 5* this shop has been around for years and has always helped us of they have not had the part then they have ordered it and its has been in the same day at times. The parts are a fair price and offer a different range of options when looking for your item. As I have 2 old vdub's in the family they are my pride and joy and GSF Luton have help me keep them on the road all these years this is a fantastic business and a very helpful and useful service they are always willing to help as long as you are polite and patient as these things can be tricky or difficult at times with old cars so its important to remember that they have other customers also but will always be willing to help a really nice company and real nice staff I have been in and out of there for over 13 years so thanks GSF Luton and keep up the good work.

Went into store today after visiting many stores and I wish I had made this my first stop!
Staff were absolutely amazing, especially Jay who went above and beyond with making sure the adapter I required fitted for towing purposes. Highly recommend for any car parts. Thanks guys 😊

Super duper slow service. It happened number of times that they make you wait wait and wait. Couple of times i went for my click and collect and left without even not seen anyone.

Reserved part online to collect, turned up and the part I had reserved given to another customer. Useless staff at this branch. Best thing to do is order online and get delivered. Been to other Gsf stores which have been very good, this one painful
