Very helpful and always have what you want 99% of the time. Buy and collect options are so great, pay on collection always a good idea. Online you can search spares specific to you car by putting your registration number and SFG will give you different options to pick from ranging from quality to price. Best place to shop for car spares.

I can see so many one star rewies but don't understand why? My experience was lovely spent there 5 minutes and helpful staff choose with me good brakes for my car... for price that I could not believe :)) very happy and will defo use again in future ...
Ps: I'm from foreign country and they still help me so I don't think they got any allergies for foreign customers:))

They refused to replace a battery that would not hold a charge. Definitely the worst customer service from a car parts dealer that I have ever encountered. I will never use them again and only gave them one star because the software would not allow me to enter zero.

Useful shop, great online discounts, shame they can’t offer the same price over the phone but not the end of the world. But 1 star as every time I have visited the older guy on the right hand side of the reception makes you feel very unwelcome and like you are a inconvenience being there. And also always short changes you. If it wasn’t for this then I would be a 4/5 star rating. Politeness and good customer service costs nothing but makes a big impression to the customers

Terrible. Ordered on line and showing stock click and collect. 1 hour round trip to be told after a 10 minute wait ,' not in stock mate' to find out the non responsive person with no customer service skills WAS THE MANAGER.
never ever use them go elsewhere.
