We contacted GS products at 2.25pm, requiring various items we required urgently. I spoke to a gentleman called Lewis who could not have been more helpful. They managed to take my order, process it and get it sent out the evening for next day delivery, which really helped us out.
I cannot recommend them enough, for both service and product.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS! but I feel I need to after my experience with GS Products. I just can't emphasise enough what an amazing company GS Products is. I put a large order in, and due to its size and quantity of parts, it could only be delivered by PF on a 2-day delivery. I needed it urgently for safety-critical works, so I contacted the team on the WhatsApp chat link on the website at 3pm, not expecting anything could be done. They didn't need to help, but the team went OVER AND BEYOND to get the order packed and dispatched within 30 minutes to get it out on a next-day delivery, arriving within 18 hours of the order being placed!. The job was completed, and our client was happy. Impressive customer service, to say the least! I twice offered to pay "whatever" the cost to get the items out on an accelerated delivery, but they wouldn't accept any uplift to the cost.
I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Excellent service from Lewis and the team. Called on Thursday afternoon urgently needed some ropes for the weekend. Thought I was going to have to make a 7 hour round trip on Friday to collect. I have ordered a few items now from GS Products, and have been happy with all of them. Many of the fittings are meant for marine use, but they work great for any environment where normal steel hardware will rust; I used a stainless pulley for my washing line when the old one rusted solid, and stainless hinges and screws for a bathroom airing cupboard.
