As a HGV Driver trying to collect a load, the place was shockingly bad!
I turned up at 05.40 for (according to customer paperwork) a 06.00 collection.
The gate house personnel were friendly and professional and called the warehouse to announce my arrival.
On speaker, the warehouse shift manager said "tell him to go away and come back at his appointed time"
This was my appointed time!
Refused entry to the site, I was told to leave a phone number so they can call me to come back on site. It won't be until at least 09.00 as the load isn't ready yet!
So 3 hours to wait!
Eventually at 11.00am, after telling the gate house to explain to the warehouse that we have legal driving/ working hours to abide by, if they don't start loading by 11.30 I'll have to return to my yard unloaded, at their cost.
I was admitted on site, parked on a bay. Keys handed in and trailer locked off!
Nothing happened until 12.20. they started to load and after 35 minutes the green light came on signalling that the loading was complete.
After receiving paperwork and keys I pulled off the dock to see a half loaded container.
Double checked with the gate house that the load was indeed complete, put seal on and left (with half the load)
Shambles from start to finish that will cost them another collection fee for the other half of the load!
Hope I never have to go back there in a hurry!

Would you believe it! I opened a can of Heinz chicken and mushroom soup and found the contents far from appetising. I spotted several pieces of a minced mushroom and minute pieces of chicken. The quantity/ingredients was disappointing and disatisfying. I expected value for money... I don't think it's worth me buying this product again or recommending it to anyone...

Hi, I have just ha dthe cartoon of soup, chicken, parsnip and rosemary, all I can say is it was so nice, I have been badly and lost my appitite and this was beautiful and did the job. Thick creamy and tasty. Perfect so thank you and sand me the way you do it haha.

Have just stopped buying Heinz sausage and beans because they have Doubled in price in 12 months and my pension only went up 3% Have allways been loyal to Heinz and eaten them for sixty years but now it's Aldi and Coral sausage and beans for me at 40p per tin instead of 1£ and they taste really good , don't know why I have stuck with Heinz so long as they are not loyal to me. What doubles in price in 12 months

Heinze beans used to have a lovley thick sauce now its runny sauce you can literally see it running of the beans leaving these white beans on your toast not acceptable at all your prices are still high but your standard is very poor wont be buying these ever again you have a lot of competition out there you need to step up .
