Had a few issues with my home be it hinges and front door 🚪
To be fair with H Jarvis they have been out and corrected all issues just waiting on new front door as it was a manufacturer error.
The two gentlemen out today were fantastic and talked me through everything 5*

The actual company is shocking 7 months to fix a gap in my back door and catching front door but what I can say is Craig visited today and what a gentleman very professional and fixed the issues in 1 and a half hours from what others couldn’t he had attention to detail and made sure I was happy and for me to test what he’s done he is A credit to h Jarvis and the team thankyou Craig! A lot of stress relived now it’s fixed and be how it should be!!

BEWARE !!!

We purchased a new property with Jarvis doors & windows
We questioned maintenance and support and were told Jarvis are a long standing company that are going nowhere and I will not leave you high and dry.
On the contrary they are doing exactly that.

We had them out a few times for drafts and stiffness but after two years we and one year of lock downs, we thought we would ask for help. One girl said” we are not insured to come out “ and another time “ we are not fensa registered !”. Although they have been out prior!

We rarely opened our rear doors as they were cumbersome and a bit of a chore, however after getting to see other homes in our community, we now know that they have not functioned correctly from the start.
We have reached out to Jarvis several times begging for understanding and help and have left us high and dry.

The doors are so bad it takes 2/3 people to lift them to open them. They have been digging into the ground and tearing the seals. Yet Jarvis still refuse to give a price to repair them.

We have questioned why they advertise as “ quality doors “ yet we are expected to replace them all after and possibly before 2 years.

Why would a company knowing leave a family with a substandard product, that is not fit for purpose and not even offer to help.

Yet again Jarvis we ask you to not leave us with doors we can not escape from and for your help!

We are hearing others are now having problems after just 2 years of use.
This is not a cheap replacement product! And people are being left devastated !

We can only warn everyone please BEWARE do not buy a property where Jarvis have installed

If I could put zero stars I would. I've never come across such a terrible company in all my days, shoddy workmanship and constantly delaying to make repairs. They don't give a fig about their customers or even their reputation it seems. Avoid at all costs!
