I have just had the rudest “customer service” person I have dealt with in an age from here. Laura called me - and wouldn’t even let me talk, going off on one when the courier couldn’t deliver. “Paying an £80 redelivery fee - when 14:30 we were advised that “it was on its way today” Laura, darling, it’s not as easy as expecting someone to stay when we close at 4pm - and your rudeness, you probably should have a good hard look at your customer service role.
I’ve spent a lot of money with you guys - never again.

Was happy to find a used Buffalo filter coffee machine at a decent price, it arrived fairly quickly but it was quite gross with water still inside the tank and worse still coffee grounds INSIDE the heating tank and these contents had spilled during transport so the inside of the box was soaked and covered with old coffee grounds as was the entire exterior of the machine. Took hours to clean and disinfect the tank which had funghi & mould growing inside.

Wasn't worth the saving - I regret not buying a brand new machine from a reputable company.

I wouldn't purchase from H2 again.

It was definitely a case of pound foolish, penny wise.

I want to share my experience with H2 Catering Equipment Company, which unfortunately has been very disappointing.

On January 11, 2024, I paid for a brand new Tefcold SC381 upright fridge. Upon receiving it, I immediately noticed an unusual noise from the top fan. I informed the company right away, but my concerns were consistently ignored.

As I feared, within six months, the fan started making loud noises and eventually, I had to switch off the fridge. For nearly a week, I sent emails requesting a repair. According to the company's terms and conditions on their website, “Any repair work carried out by non-approved engineers or staff not authorized by H2 Products Ltd or the equipment manufacturer will void the appliance's warranty.” Despite this, they refused to send a technician to do the repair.

I chose this company because their price was £15 less than other companies. In hindsight, this was a bad choice. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

H2 really saved the day. We ordered from two competitors but the items did not come in time due to stock and damage. H2 will be my preferred supplier going forward. if I could review 109 stars I would. Really great company.

Bought a display fridge here 2 years ago. It failed this week so I had engineer out to inform me the evaporator was faulty, these things happen. The engineer contacted H2 catering where the fridge was purchased and was informed there was 3 MONTH ! Wait for the part. Then to add insult to injury they quoted £650 to airfreight !!
No matter what their reply is these are the facts. My advice would be to pay maybe a little more but go somewhere that supplies a good quality fridge that can be repaired. I’ve just wasted almost £2000

H2 and their staff really stepped up to the mark, when other companies promised the goods but then let me down. H2 really showed what a good company y can do. Staff truly helpful and the value of the goods was more than acceptable. Would go straight to them in future. Thanks to them.

Great first experience with them buying a counter top fridge. Second time using them got wrong information about the power supply for the fryers. So when they arrived they did not work and we had to get electricians in to change it all. The fryers are not very user friendly. But that’s the manufacturers designs flaw not H2.

First-class experience. We purchased 4 stainless steel catering sinks from H2 and found the costs very competitive and the product excellent. Easy collection and very friendly sales staff. We definitely use again for my needs.
