From initial concept design, through installation and final completion, the works were carried out to the highest standards. The H2O showroom and office team were always there to assist and we received excellent advice and guidance, particularly in the important early stages of design and selection. Once work started, actual delivery and installation was carried out in a thoroughly professional, and at the same time, friendly manner. It was particularly pleasing to benefit from a well coordinated team of tradespeople.

Three years ago H2O supplied all of our bathroom fittings for the house we built. Martin’s help and support at the time was outstanding. Recently we had a problem with a Villeroy Boch toilet seat. Again H2O were outstanding. Their customer service is fantastic. They quickly sorted out the seat out and Villeroy Boch replaced it. Thankyou Russ your help is greatly appreciated.
